Testing

   Leak testing a coil

The completed coil is pressurized with high pressure air (360 psig), and submerged in water to reveal any leaks.  If leaks are found they are promptly repaired and the coil is re-tested.

    Out of the dehydration oven

After testing, the coils are passed by conveyor through a dehydration oven to ensure that they are thoroughly dry inside and out.  The tubing connections are then capped to ensure that the inside of the coils are clean and dry when they reach the customer.

    Packaged for shipment

After each coil has been thoroughly inspected, it is labeled by model number and carefully placed in protective packaging.  The coils are now ready to be shipped.

A Quality Product delivered On Time.
